today i am feeling a little blue. i think it’s because i have no energy or desire to do much of anything…therefore, i have been going home from work and sitting on my bum watching tv. in the moment i don’t seem to have a problem with it, but then i realize (like the next day) that i have wasted my time doing nothing worth while. it’s a bad cycle. and yes, i know it’s good to be resting, but i hate the wasting part.
maybe i need to make something.
